Privacy Policy

1. Purpose

This Privacy Policy explains how the AWAM Sheets Automation Tool accesses and processes user data.

2. Data Accessed

• Data contained within the Google Spreadsheet where it is installed
• Google Drive files explicitly selected or used as part of the automation workflow

No additional user data is collected.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

• Detect duplicate names within participant lists
• Generate dynamic data validation fields
• Retrieve file names related to specific event folders

Data is never used for advertising, profiling, or resale.

4. Data Storage

The application does not store, copy, or retain any user data on external servers. All processing occurs directly within the user’s Google Workspace environment.

5. Data Sharing

No data is sold, shared, or transferred to third parties.

6. Security

Access to data is strictly limited to the permissions granted through Google's OAuth consent screen. Requested scopes are necessary for the described functionality.

7. User Rights

Users may revoke the application's access at any time through their Google Account permissions or delete the associated spreadsheet.
